Zoran Terzić as the head coach of the Serbian women’s national team until 2028

The Serbian Volleyball Federation has officially appointed Zoran Terzić as the head coach of the Serbian women’s national team, a role he will hold until the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

Terzić, who is Serbia’s most accomplished volleyball coach, has steered the team to remarkable successes over the past two decades, securing 20 medals in major competitions. His notable achievements include a silver medal at the 2016 Olympics, a bronze in 2020, a gold medal at the 2018 World Championship, and several European titles.

Recognized as Europe’s best coach twice (in 2018 and 2021), Terzić is poised to lead the team to greater heights on the international stage.

Previously, in October, Serbian media widely reported on Terzić’s potential return as head coach, although he initially dismissed those rumors while hinting at the possibility of an agreement. Now, that agreement has been finalized, and Terzić is set to lead the team as they prepare for the journey to the Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
