Tatiana Kosheleva says farewell to Eczacibasi and still considering offers from Turkey and Japan

Russian outside spiker Tatiana Kosheleva wrote on her Instagram , shared about her feelings on her first season in Eczacibasi. It was her first season to play outside Russia.

Her first season in Turkey did not go the way she wanted it to be. Kosheleva and Eczacibasi VitrA faced a lot of challenges the entire 2016/2017 season. Kosheleva did not have much chances to be play in the start six and the team end up with a Bronze medal in CEV Champions League and 4th place in Turkish national league.

Despite the not so satisfying results, Kosheleva enjoyed the season in Eczacibasi, she thanks Eczacibasi for their work and professionalism. She wrote:

That was my first season playing overseas ever. I remember how nervous I was before joining the new team, remember all my emotions when i went into the arena for the first time. But when I saw all the smiles, the kindness girls gave me at that first meeting all the fears were gone. And it never returned. I want to say thank you to Eczacibasi for making me part of your family! Thank you for all of your work, professionalism, all wins and all losses. I can say that I found a new friends in Turkey, and my family back home in Russia will always be happy to see you! This season i learned how to be stronger in difficult situations, learned how to be mentally tough even when it’s really bad. Last season is the unforgettable, really exceptional part of my pro career. We had a dream team! Thank you @eczacibasivitravoleybol ❤❤❤.”

Obviously Kosheleva will leave Eczacibasi in the new season. Rumor has it Kosheleva will sign contract with Italy team previously. Tatiana’s agent Bojan Simurin has already clarified that:

“Tatiana has two offers from Turkey and one from Japan. It just will not play in Italy, as is written in the media. As for the Russian clubs, Dinamo Kazan has already made up their new composition while Dinamo Moscow has not made a specific proposal. The other teams can not give a contract which meets Tatiana’s requirement.”
