Former Captain of Team USA, Legendary Danielle Scott-Arruda Seriously Injured at a Stabbing Scene

The other day broke out a very tragic news as the legendary middle blocker, former captain of team USA, Danielle Scott-Arruda got stabbed by her brother in-law at her sister’s house.

According to the news coverage by Advocate, Danielle-Scott’s sister, Stefanie was first attacked by her estranged husband Michael Valllery and pronounced dead at the scene and then Danielle Scott and her niece, step daughter of the murderer were injured as well. While the brutal murderer is on the run, Danielle was in critical condition and was hospitalised for surgery and thank god she is in progress of recovery.

Scott-Arruda has made magnificent achievement in her volleyball career and earned a respetable number of accolades including the MVP, best blocker, and best scorer at the 2001 FIVB World Grand Prix, and she holds Olympic silver medals from both the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.
