Kobe, Japan, May 10, 2017 – Leading teams of Pool A and Pool B VakifBank Istanbul and Volero Zurich succeeded to keep their winning-streak on Day 2 and secured their spots in the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship Kobe 2017 semifinals.
We also witnessed two Europeans teams experiencing their first victory in the tournament including the title defending Eczacibasi Vitra and Dinamo Moscow, which defeated their counterparts Osasco Voleibol Clube in 4 sets and Hisamitsu Springs in straights sets respectively.
After the rest day May 11, both winning teams will need to face a more critical match on the following day.
