Brazil clinched their 15th consecutive South American Chanpionship

Brazil’s women’s national team has once again emerged victorious, securing their 23rd South American championship title.

This impressive win marks their 15th consecutive championship, with a comfortable lead over their opponents.

Celebrations ensued as Brazil defeated Peru in three straight sets (25/14, 25/18, and 25/9) at Geraldão in Recife.

Thaisa, the team’s middle blocker, played a crucial role in the win, finishing as the top scorer with 17 hits.

The team, led by coach José Roberto Guimarães, will conclude their participation in the tournament with a match against Colombia on Wednesday at 8:30 pm.
