This impressive win marks their 15th consecutive championship, with a comfortable lead over their opponents.
Celebrations ensued as Brazil defeated Peru in three straight sets (25/14, 25/18, and 25/9) at Geraldão in Recife.
Thaisa, the team’s middle blocker, played a crucial role in the win, finishing as the top scorer with 17 hits.
The team, led by coach José Roberto Guimarães, will conclude their participation in the tournament with a match against Colombia on Wednesday at 8:30 pm.
